Things I learned this weekend
02-08-2010One: Zen in Belfast does top notch Japanese food at an unreal price, their cocktails are amazing, the staff are fun, the food is mouth watering and the wine selection is extensive.
Two: Making a 7 hour round trip to make a friends birthday dinner will be more appreciated than you can ever imagine.
Three: Newry will seem like it is evacuating when there is a Down match on in Croker.
Four: Never. Ever. Underestimate the underdogs.
Five: Kerry are graceful in defeat.
Six: Winning a epic match makes wearing a 99pence pink poncho and getting soaked to the skin all worthwhile.
Seven: I suck at bowling.
Eight: My dad does not.
Nine: I now completely understand where I get my competitiveness from.
Ten: Unlike Kerry I am not quite so graceful in defeat.
Eleven: I am however a ninga when it comes to laser quest
Twelve: As bad as I may be when I lose, I am even worse when I win.
Thirteen: Never wash the bed clothes in Surf when my sister comes to stay
Fourteen: From Paris with love is a pretty good movie.
Fifteen: The Dublin Eye is in the worst possible location.
Sixteen: I am pretty sure it's the same one that was in Belfast.
Seventeen: I need an extra day off work to get over such a busy weekend.
Eighteen: Just because I don't want to end on an even number.
