Bucket List
06-05-2011Man it has been a good few weeks since I last posted. I actually wrote a post last week following my first attempt at baking an apple tart. My granny used to always bake them and my god the woman had it down to a T so it is something I always wanted to try. I wanted to chorinicle the attempt and my reasons for trying it. However myself and technology don't always go hand in hand and the post disppeared. Natually I hadn't copied it and so I lost the entire entry. Being the stubborn person that I am I swore at the screen, gave up and refused to go near my site ever again. Obviously I have as much staying power as I do patience and so I am back on the interwebs again.
Last week myself and the other half were having one of our many half asleep conversations in bed where we share stories and talk general rubbish late into the night. We call it 'the words' stupid I know but it is something I really enjoy.
Anyways during one of these conversations I was mocking him (as I often do) about turning 30 and the way my train of thought works I got to thinking about 'bucket lists'. You know those lists of things you would like to do before you die. Morbid sounding. I actually don't have a list and I thought I wouldn't mind having one, a sort of list pushing me to experience the things I want to in life. I could add to it over time always having something new to aim for. So without further a-do, I present to you, the beginnings of my bucket list, some of the things on the list I have already done (obviously) and others I am aiming to do.
